Costa Rica Travel Package
A Costa Rica rural travel package will give you a true rural cultural experience characterized by the cultures of Costa Rica's different regions. Here are two ways you can experience large areas of Costa Rica without having previous knowledge of them:
This travel package is a perfect way to see the Caribbean side of Costa Rica. It is full of adventure, white sand beaches, and wildlife, with excellent meals and accomodations offered in 3 unique lodges.
The 8 day tour starts from your hotel in San Jose. On Day 1 we'll meet you at the airport and get you settled in a traditional hotel in the historic district. Day 2 takes you on a beautiful drive to La Virgen de Sarapaqui, home of rugged, steep mountain canyons surrounded by lush rain forest. Day 3 features white-water rafting on the Sarapaqui River. Day 4 takes you through wildlife filled canals to Tortuguero National Park, which can only be reached by boat. On Day 5 we tour the park with local guides familiar with all aspects of the park. On Day 6 , we travel from Tortuguero to stay in a tent resort at Sisquierres, within the Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge. Day 7 brings you to the indegenous Bribri village to experience our native heritage. On Day 8 there is free time in the morning before we transfer back to San Jose. Day 9 we deliver you to the airport for your trip home.
This travel package takes you to the Pacific Ocean coast while traveling through northern Costa Rica to see and experience a wide range of activities.
The 7 day tour also starts from your hotel in San Jose's historic district. On Day 1we'll meet you at the airport and get you settled in your hotel. Day 2 You'll tour a coffee plantation in Naranjo, then a cooperative that produces "palmito" cheese in Zarcaro. We then head to the Arenal Volcano in Fortuna. Day 3 in the morning we'll visit the volcano, then head out for a boat tour in the Cano Negro Wildlife Preserve at the border of Nicaragua. Day 4 We travel from Fortuna to Monteverde for an exciting canopy tour (optional).
Day 5 we tour the Santa Elena Wildlife Preserve. Finally, on Day 6 we arrive at Guanacasteca for some fun on the beach. Day 7 after relaxing in the morning we return to San Jose, visiting Santa Cruz as we return. Day 8
we deliver you to the airport for your trip home.
